Recently, cooking has been a stress reliever. It gives me the chance to divert my mind and focus on ingredients, steps, flavors, and aromas. I’m starting this blog for a simple reason: sharing recipes. My daughters have asked me for years to write down recipes for Indian food, all of which I’ve memorized and cooked by andaaza, or approximate. I figured it’s time to share the food that sets the table with them and with you.

My husband and I always wanted to open a restaurant. For now, here’s this.
